Student Biography of Alisha Cohen

My name is Alisha Cohen. This is my very first year of teaching at Douglass. I'm a kindergarten teacher and I am also a literacy teacher. I also had a Masters degree in Education.

What I enjoy most about teaching is that the kids make me think about things in a different way. They also make me be a kid at heart. Outside of school, my favorite thing to do is to go hiking with my Jack Russell terrier, Zoe, and my husband. My husband's name is Marcus, and we are very happy that we bought our first house.
