Anne Hsu Gibson

Mrs.Gibson is in her third year of teaching at Douglass. Previously, she taught kindergarten for three years in the Seattle area. She earned her bachelor's degree from Stanford University and her master's from Teachers College at Columbia University. She is an original member of San Francisco's performance dance troupe, the Swing Cats Rhythm Revue, and has competed on the US National Wushu Team (Chinese martial art) at the World Championships in Hong Kong and Rome.

Mrs. Gibson has a baby boy named Spencer, who she hopes will attend Douglass. Aside from spending time with her family, Mrs. Gibson enjoys cooking, reading and watching movies. She admits to a weakness for reality TV.
